Pre-ordering "The Man From Outremer"

T. D. Burke's The Man From Outremer, due out on 9th April 2013, is currently being offered on pre-order, post-free by The Book Depository for £7.49 post free in the UK.  That's a good deal, and past experience suggests it won't last past publication date.
